A table between two.
Turn one module into a coffee table and place a stool on either side. The same curve creates a composed, social setting.
Designed by Amy Tang
A furniture system shaped by flow.
One continuous gesture
Stool, bench, table or gathering place. Flosion changes with the room while its wave-like silhouette remains unmistakably itself.
Three settings. One precise geometry.
Turn one module into a coffee table and place a stool on either side. The same curve creates a composed, social setting.
Gathered around a shared centre, independent pieces resolve into one flowing composition—seating, surface and sculpture together.

Repeat the module and the room gains a pattern: radial, wave-like and open to interpretation.
A personal surface
Choose a top that belongs in your space. Flosion can be upholstered in leather or fabric, including a customer-selected material.

Precision is the design

Each bent-plywood form is shaped with precision. Timber grain, curves and meeting points are carefully matched so every arrangement resolves with exact symmetry.
Precision makes the pattern possible.
Separate pieces. One continuous object.
Sydney designer
A designer whose background spans design and marketing. Amy Tang developed Flosion with Woodmark in 2007 after earlier branding work in New York.
Her answer to a flexible interior was not another fixed object, but a form that could move between individual use and collective life.
Read Woodmark’s profileAmy Tang works with Woodmark to translate the movement of water into a versatile furniture system that draws people together.
Manufacturer material records the design as conceived for a Sydney boutique hotel.
Flosion remains in Woodmark’s catalogue: a stool, table and bench system still defined by one continuous curve.
Selected international coverage of Flosion from design, architecture and culture publications.
